How to download results from a Squid?
Once your Squid has run and collected all the data, you can download the data easily.
Here's how you can:
Download results from last run
Download results from an older run
When your Squid completes a run, the results are immediately available.
To download them, simply Look in the top right corner — next to the “Launch” button, you’ll see a big green Download button.
Click this button and this will instantly download a CSV file containing the results from the latest completed run of that Squid.
The big green button always downloads the results from the last run only — not previous runs.
If you want to download results from an earlier run instead of the most recent one:
Scroll down to the Runs table below the live console.
Find the specific run you're interested in.
Click the download icon (a small downward arrow) on the right side of that run’s row.
The data for that specific run will download in CSV format.
Not directly. There is no single-click option to download all runs of a Squid at once. You’ll need to download each run individually using the method above.
But there’s a better way — use Google Sheets export.

Here’s how to do it:
Go to the Delivery > Google Sheet section.
Select “Export data from all runs.”
Once you enable this option, Lobstr will automatically export the results of each new run to the same Google Sheet.
It will append the data from each run to the bottom of the sheet instead of overwriting previous data.
Important: This feature only works for future runs. It will not retroactively export results from runs completed before enabling it.
Lobstr does not export files directly in Excel (.xlsx) format. All downloads are in CSV format, which is a universal spreadsheet format.
But don’t worry, you can easily convert CSV to XLSX format.

Lobstr keeps your data for 28 days (on premium plans, 7 days on free plan) after each Squid run.
That means:
You can download your run results anytime during that 28-day window.
You can re-download the same run multiple times — no limit.
After 28 days, the data is automatically deleted from our servers and can’t be recovered.
Tip: If you need long-term storage, use the Google Sheets export feature or save your CSV files locally.
