How to download results from a Squid?
Once your Squid has run and collected all the data, you can download the data easily.
Here's how you can:
- Download results from any individual run
- Download results from all runs at once
Download results from any individual run
You can download results from any individual run, including the most recent one.
To do that:
- Scroll down to the Runs table below the live console.
- Find the run you want.
- Click the download icon (the small downward arrow) on the right side.
The CSV file will download instantly. This method works whether you’re downloading the latest run or a past one.
Download results from all runs at once
Need all the data in one go? Use the big green Download button at the top right of the Squid page — next to the Launch button.
Clicking this button will download a CSV file containing data from all completed runs of the Squid — merged into one single file.
This is the fastest way to get everything without downloading runs one by one.
Can I export results to Google Sheets?
Yes. You can set up Lobstr to automatically export results from each run or all runs to a Google Sheet.
👉 How to export data to GoogleSheet?
- Select the
Export data from last run
option to export data from latest run only. - Select the
Export data from all runs
option to export data from all runs.
When the 2nd option is selected, each time the Squid runs, new data will be added below the previous results — instead of overwriting them.
Can I download results as Excel file?
Lobstr does not export files directly in Excel (.xlsx) format. All downloads are in CSV format, which is a universal spreadsheet format.
But don’t worry, you can easily convert CSV to XLSX format.

How long is my data available?
Lobstr keeps your data for 28 days (on premium plans, 7 days on free plan) after each Squid run.
That means:
- You can download your run results anytime during that 28-day window.
- You can re-download the same run multiple times — no limit.
- After 28 days, the data is automatically deleted from our servers and can’t be recovered.
